Magic Kingdom update - A wall in every land (PART 2)

Welcome to part 2 of this week's new Magic Kingdom update!! There are many more pictures to see, so let's continue!

As we said at the beginning of part 1, due to the high winds and the rain, Wishes! was cancelled:

It's a Small World's wait sign still doesn't work:

Inside the attraction, though, some things have been fixed:

The two, non-working jugglers have been removed (and being worked on, hopefully!):

The other two are fine:

And the missing children on the ferris wheel have been added:

When Peter Pan has only a 15-minute wait, you know it's crazily empty:

Work on the back of the castle continue:

DUMBO had a 5-10 minutes wait!! But I didn't ride since it was starting to rain, and it was too dark to take pictures:

NEWS! - Work on the Beauty and the Beast's village! Look at this new roof:

NEW! - The new Fantasyland Artwork! Can't wait to see this in person!:

This is where the new roof is being built:

NEW! - The new Seven Dwarfs' huge artwork:

Inside the ride itself:

LOW RESOLUTION:

HIGH RESOLUTION:

On the new Fantasyland Cart, something has been taken away:

I've never seen MK this empty... this IS the season to be here!:

Winnie the Pooh had  10-minute wait:

This feature still doesn't work properly:

NEW! - Tigger's Bouncy Place was finally open. Video coming soon:

They've been working on the pads:

Now, you have to pass through the bouncy place (unless it's closed or it's raining):

Work on the Little Mermaid:

Work on the Tomorrowland Speedway:

NEW! - Walls are up for the new Dumbo!!:

You're leaving soon!:

This is going to change soon, too:

Thank you very much for reading, and remember that we continue to do this thanks to your support!
Please, if you can, you can donate even a small amount of money, so that we can still be one of the best Orlando Theme Parks' sites around the web! Thank you very much to all of you!

  1. Wow! They are doing SO much work to this place! I know it has to happen sometime, but I would be bummed out if I was a tourist and went and it looked like that. On the plus side, when it's finished it will look spectacular, and the crowds are nonexistent! Thanks for the update!

  3. I agree with you when you say: "this IS the season to be here!" but it's a sin to see all those attraction closed and under refurbishment during this season!!

I didn't understand the modify on Toon Fair: ok, it will be removed but the will use some part of it moving from the original location??? Someone can explain me this, please??

  4. I think it is the time of year to do this, because it's the low season. And I'm really happy to see how much they are improving. The only thing I don't really understand is the removal of Mickey's house... probably just because of the theme, not the space? It was time for refreshing and refurbishment, but it's sad that they are closing.

  5. Seeing the walls go up for Double Dumbo is exciting!!! We were just there two weeks ago, there were not this many walls up then. Can't wait to see it progress even more!
