Pollo Campero now open

A brand-new restaurant has been open some weeks ago inside DownTown Disney, and today (even if we are a bit late) we bring you some pictures of the place. It replaced a Mc Donald's, and it's actually three restaurants in one. Let's take a look at it:

The old Mc Donald's tower has been re-purposed, and now it doesn't feature a clock anymore, but a banner showing the name of the new restaurant:

The banner is nice:

I like the color of the new restaurant:

On one side, you find "Pollo Campero", that serves chicken:

On your left. you can find "Fresh a-peel", that serves healthy choices:

And, on another side, you have a less-healthy but very good bakery! I love desserts!:

A look back at the restaurant:

The new lights:

The indoor dining room is very nice too:

To conclude, I'm happy to see Pollo Campero at Downtown Disney. I have never heard of it before, but the place looks much cleaner and much more appealing than the old Mc Donald's, which was in pretty bad shape. It's true that the prices may be a bit more expensive, but I think it's a more enjoyable place. The only thing I need to do is trying the chicken (and the desserts!!).

A general Downtown Disney update will be our next picture-update, so stay tuned!

  1. I noticed that you use the word "expansive" a lot to describe prices but you probably mean "expEnsive." Expansive mainly means to expand or grow. Expensive is used with money to describe things that are high priced. Just thought I let you know

  3. Are you sure "Anonymous" isn't BB - you KNOW how much he likes to correct your spelling! ;)
Hope you try Pollo Camparo - & Babycakes soon - I'm dying to hear how they are. I ended up at Paradiso 37 last week (good burger, by the way)& was too full to try Babycakes. Did save room for Ghiradelli tho .... :)
