Dinosaur World

Only a few visitors actually notice this attraction that is found on the I-4, just a few miles off the exit for Busch Gardens Tampa, specifically in Plant City. Most of the people that visit it are Florida residents.

Here you are some pictures of the exterior (copyright of OTPN):

The entrance is covered by foliage, but it's still visible from I-4

They even put some dinosaurs outside the park, as billboards themselves!

This is a very simple park, being a giant forest with some big reproductions of more than 150 dinosaurs, and it's a good way of passing a morning with the whole family. The foliage is very tick (a la Animal Kingdom), so the sun won't bother you.

Here's a video of the Florida location (they have two more in Texas and Kentucky):

To conclude, this is a nice park, but if I had to give you an advice, I would tell you to visit this attraction only if you have time to do all the others attraction in Orlando... But again, this is a much affordable and natural experience, so next time you come here, think about it!

  4. I can't really give it a vote, since it depends.... If you like nature and family-friendly stuff (no rides, unfortunately), then it's great! if you get bored too easily, then.... maybe it's not appropriate then! :-)
