A new Disney Channel is coming!

Yes, a brand new Disney channel is coming soon.
It's called DISNEY JUNIOR.

An announcement was made May 26 that Disney would close another television channel called SOAPnet and replace it with the pre-school-age targeted Disney Junior.
Disney Junior will blend Disney's storytelling and characters with early math, language skills, healthy eating and lifestyles, social skills and much more!

It will be a 24-hour basic cable/satellite channel that is focused on children between 2 and 7 years of age.

It will be officially launched in 2012.
