Something's growing... at SeaWorld

Here's the promised update from SeaWorld Orlando!
Remember that to see all the pictures you have to click on "READ MORE"!

This is the best entrance of all Sea World's theme parks in the world:

Let's see some pictures of Manta, shall we?:

Manta is one of the best coasters I've ever seen:

Look at the superb theming!! Imagine what dark rides SeaWorld could create!!:

One fish, two fish, red fish, blue fish, etc...:

Real Manta:

The Sky Tower! Unfortunately, I didn't get to ride it this time...

Seriously, Sea World Orlando has a great theming in some areas:

This show is great, better than Universal 360 but not as good as Summer Nightastic:

Wait a minute... !

What are they doing here?:

Maybe... a new dark ride???:

NOOO! Another garden. I love gardens, but Sea World has plenty of gardens!! We want the dark rides! We want the dark rides!:

The Terrace is still open:

This is the best natural area I've ever seen, after the Banyan tree of Cypress Gardens:

More works:

If you like soccer, go here!:

They put big TV's in the old beer-tour or whatever...

Again, the new area:

Looks nice, but nothing special:

Works on the arcade:

Some directional changes:

This is the same as Club 626:

Some pictures of the amazing Wild Arctic:

New signs for people that get lost in the attraction/exhibit:

The Believe Stadium is huge:

This is the most pointless kiddie coaster EVER!!! Why?

- It lasts only 17 seconds (the smallest in Orlando);
- It takes 10 times longer to load/unload the train;
- the train is too long!!! There are 14 cars! So when the front is almost on top of the lift hill, the back of it is still in the station!!
- You can't carry any item, like cameras (ridiculous for a coaster like that! In all the other family coaster I can carry whatever I want!! Even in big Thunder Mountain)
- It's stupid. It's the Shamu Express.

This ride is again open after the refurb:

And to conclude our update, here you are some pictures of the great JOURNEY TO ATLANTIS!:

The theming is stunning!:

Two new Fast Dryers:

Thanks for viewing!!

  1. I don't know how can you that, but your report are ever fantastic, full of emotion and passion!!!

Just 1 question: I found the Manta Logo's Picture absolutely creative, how can you do that? How can you focus on the center of the image and progressive blur all the rest?

  2. Thank you so much, Bigfoots!
About the blurry picture, I took the normal picture and then, always with my camera, I edited the photo, blurring the sides around a central point...

    it's a bit difficult to explain :-)

  5. Good pics as always! By the way is good that Bigfoots talks about the emotion cause I think is a combo, the pics are good but with the comments is easier to get the full "picture" (excuse the redundancy).

I've always enjoy Seaworld every time I go to Orlando I would go, is not my favorite park by any means, but you get something there you can't get at any other park. Water themed everything! Just for that reason I would go, but I agree that Seaworld parks do a great job on thematically.

Although I don't always agree with your comments, I mostly do, but they're still appreciated. So good work you dark ride craze, aficionado dude!

  6. Eh eh, Thanks Francisco!!
But, you don't agree with some of my captions? I'm sooo disappointed! ;-)

  7. But I say mostly. Dude, I don't even agree with myself all the time!!

Is not exactly the way you say it, just that your taste are a little different than mine. But, I appreciate the emotion of the captions! They help to get the whole story you're telling.
    So keep them coming!

  9. Thanks a lot, Anonymous!
I try to do my best, but sometimes blurry pictures are inevitable...
The camera I'm currently using is a SONY DSC-HX1.
I'm glad you like our pics!!
